Are you looking for a stable mission, respect, and colleagues who know why they are here?
Do you want to work in cybersecurity seriously, in a simple and human environment?
Welcome.
People first
At BlackBart, we organize dinners, afterworks, and moments to unwind. Not for appearances. To reconnect, share, and release pressure. Because a strong team is, above all, made of people who respect one another.
What we offer
Long-term missions in demanding environments. Individual, honest, and regular support. Genuine, respected, and fully embraced parity. A structured framework, without unnecessary layers. A carefully built collective that stands strong.
A gesture that matters
After one year of the journey, a symbolic gesture: a small title of ownership in a nature reserve in Scotland. To say thank you. And because taking care of the world starts right there.
2nd place : our teams said it themselves
A label based 100% on anonymous feedback from our employees: motivation, well-being, and meaning at work. Not a staged survey. A true snapshot.
#1 in social and environmental impact
Measures how our employees perceive our CSR commitments: communication, actions, awareness initiatives, and day-to-day impact. An independent assessment that concretely reflects what we put in place.
